The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Houston in Fort Bend County rose by $9,890 while total valuation decreased by 13 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 40 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,520 - a 7.4 percent increase over the $133,630 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Houston in May 2021.
