Fabiola Garcia-Fraga Named HR Manager at Professional Janitorial Services of Houston

Professional Janitorial Services of Houston named an Employee Relations Specialist in the company as its new Human Resources Manager.

Fabiola Garcia-Fraga was promoted to the role this month, rising in the company after joining PJS in 2021.

According to Evelyn Meza, Director of Risk Management at PJS, the promotion is consistent with the company’s efforts to promote employees from front-line positions to management whenever possible.

“Fabiola’s work ethic and willingness to learn make her a great fit for our team," Meza stated.

Garcia-Fraga previously worked at a home healthcare company, and as a human resource supervisor at an insurance company. 

PJS employs more than 1,900 cleaning services professionals in the Houston area. The company has developed a reputation for supporting non-profit programs in the community, including ACE Scholarships, SEARCH Homeless Services,  and Boys & Girls Country of Houston.
