Japanese global retail chain Daiso is set to inaugurate its new location in Copperwood Village, Houston. The grand opening celebration is scheduled according to the company's announcements.

The latest update reveals that the new establishment spreads over an area of 8,482 square feet, making available a wide array of products for its customers. According to John Clarke, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Daiso, Texans have frequently expressed their demand for more Daiso stores through online interactions and social media platforms. This customer demand has significantly influenced the company’s expansion strategy within Texas. Currently, he added, "We operate 117 units in 7 states with more states opening in 2024".

Daiso's official announcement mentioned that the store would hold grand celebrations on December 2 and 3. During these celebrations, a complimentary goodie bag and a plushie will be offered to the first hundred customers who make a minimum purchase worth $30. As per the release, "These special offerings are Daiso's way of expressing gratitude to its loyal customers and welcoming new shoppers to the Daiso community."

Furthermore, it has been communicated that the Copperwood Village store will maintain business hours from Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., whereas on Sunday, it will remain open from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m.
